Congratulations Graduates!
Congratulations to the graduating class of Trinity Medical Sciences University! We celebrate this momentous occasion with you and acknowledge the hard work, dedication, and perseverance you've demonstrated to reach this milestone. Earning your medical degree is a tremendous achievement, and you should be incredibly proud of yourselves.
We wish you all the best as you embark on the next chapter of your medical careers, and we are confident that you will make a positive impact on the world. Congratulations again!
Eligibility
Graduates who completed their degree requirements from August 2024 – May 2025 will celebrate their commencement ceremony on May 17.
Registration and Deadlines
Graduates will receive an invitation to register for commencement to their TMSU email account in February. Invitations will be sent from commencement@tmsu.edu.vc.
The registration deadline is Thursday, April 17.
Important Information
Graduates must order regalia through Herff Jones by Monday, April 21. Each set of regalia will include a gown, tam, and hood, and there is no cost to the graduate. Graduates will return regalia using the prepaid packaging provided after commencement.
Once available, the link to order regalia will be sent to registered graduates.
Diploma frames, announcements, and other keepsake items are also available on the Herff Jones website.

Parking
Cost for parking varies by lot near the Fox Theater. It is recommended to park at a lot with an attendant on duty. The venue has recommended the gold lot, adjacent the theater.

Ceremony Details
Professional photographers will be taking photos of graduates both before and during the ceremony. These photos will be available for download after the event and will be sent to each graduate via TMSU email addresses.
The commencement ceremony will be live streamed and will start at 12 pm EST on May 17.

- 10:30 am: Fox Theater open
- 11 am: Graduates report to the graduate line up area
- 11 am: Doors open to the auditorium for guest seating
- 12 pm: Commencement ceremony begins

- 1 pm: Estimated completion of commencement ceremony
- 1:15 pm: Class Photo (directly following the ceremony)
After degree conferral, each graduate will cross the stage to be recognized. While onstage, graduates will be hooded by a doctoral member of the university leadership team.
