Congratulations to the graduating class of Trinity Medical Sciences University! Eligibility for Graduation
Graduates who completed their degree requirements from August 2025 – May 2026 will celebrate their commencement ceremony on May 30.
Commencement Registration and Deadlines
Graduates will receive an invitation to register for commencement to their TMSU email account in February. Invitations will be sent from commencement@tmsu.edu.vc.
The registration page will have details about reserving tickets, regalia information, and links to discounted hotel blocks.
The registration deadline is Friday, April 17. After this time, all remaining tickets will be distributed to those who have requested extras.
Important Information
Each graduate is eligible to claim five guest tickets when completing their event registration.
A waitlist for up to three additional tickets will be available, the link to sign up for this waitlist will be included in your registration email. Extra tickets will be distributed in the order requested, after the April 17th registration deadline, based on availability.
Graduates must order regalia through Herff Jones by Friday, April 24. Each set of regalia will include a gown, tam, and hood, and there is no cost to the graduate. Graduates will return regalia using the prepaid packaging provided after commencement.

Diploma frames, announcements, and other keepsake items are also available on the Herff Jones website.

Parking
Convenient parking is located one block away at the 100 Peachtree Parking Deck (123 Fairlie St. NW)—look for the blue 'Rialto Parking' sign. To access the $6 reduced rate, please bring your parking ticket to the theater’s Guest Services desk for validation. Payment is credit card only upon exit.

For those traveling via MARTA, the theater is situated only two blocks from the nearest station. Detailed arrival information can be found at rialto.gsu.edu/visit/#directions.

Ceremony Details
Professional photographers will be taking photos of graduates both before and during the ceremony. These photos will be available for download after the event and will be sent to each graduate via TMSU email addresses.
The commencement ceremony will be live streamed and will start at 2 pm EST on May 30.

10:30 am - Noon - Graduate ticket pickup
12:30-2:00 pm - Rialto lobby & Theater open for graduates and guests
Graduates must be lined up no later than 1:20 pm
2:00-4:30 pm - Commencement
4:30-5:00 pm - Class Photo
5:00-6:00 pm - Lobby is open for graduate and guest photos
After degree conferral, each graduate will cross the stage to be recognized. While onstage, graduates will be hooded by members of the faculty or a doctorally qualified guest hooder. Please note that guest hooders must be designated within your commencement registration by April 17.
