Student Housing at Trinity
The value of living in Trinity-sponsored housing is significant. The environment and access to students, faculty, and school personnel provides a smoother and easier transition to life in St. Vincent and the rigors of medical school. Trinity School of Medicine basic sciences students have multiple housing options available.
All apartments include furniture, fully-equipped kitchens, high-speed internet access, and air conditioning. There are one, two, three and four bedroom apartments available. Residence halls and apartments have complete access to Trinity’s transportation services and have 24-hour security on-site. Smoking is not permitted inside school-sponsored housing.
St. Vincent Student Housing Options
Located just steps from campus, Jewels Caribbean Apartments is the newest addition to Trinity’s residence hall options. The three-level complex offers 26 single-bedroom units with furnishings.
Ratho Mill 1 and 2 are located just steps from campus and have furnished units in 2, 3, or 4 occupant layouts.

Approximately 1.5 miles from campus within a gated community, this complex offers single, double, and triple occupancy units and a swimming pool for resident use.

Lofts at Houston Central
Trinity has a housing facility for students in Warner Robins: The Lofts at Houston Central. The complex is situated next to the Sonny Watson Health Science building, where clinical students engage in clinical skills labs and workshops. Each apartment comes fully furnished, and the monthly rate covers utilities, internet, elevator access, gated onsite parking, a fully equipped fitness center, and a resort-style saltwater pool. Additionally, Lofts at Houston Central will include around 5,000 square feet of retail space, with a focus on quick-serve eateries, unique sit-down restaurants, and complementary retail options. Students entering term 5 are required to live at the Lofts.
