Trinity School of Medicine Launches Local Q&A Sessions
Trinity's approach to admissions is built on the open exchange of information and we're excited to announce we're expanding this to include interactive, in-person Q&A sessions between admissions representatives, alumnus, and in some cases, even current students.
There's only so much time you can ask someone to spend on a website. And with Trinity's dedication to reinforcing the personal, human touch in medicine, we decided it's only natural that we go out of our way to meet you in person and provide a face-to-face opportunity to ask deeper questions and get more personalized answers.
The door is wide for anything you'd like to ask us, but some topics we're specifically scheduling include:
- Trinity's approach to educating tomorrow's physicians
- The role of altruism in the school's mission
- Our wide variety of scholarships, grants, and loans to finance your medical education
- How we tailor the curriculum to the needs of our students through the individualized learning plan
- Where our graduates are today, what they're doing, and, in many cases, speaking with them directly
It boils down to this: Your path to medical school may be unlike any other. You deserve useful responses to the questions that pertain to your future.
The interactive information sessions are hosted by admissions representatives and local alumnus, giving you a varied perspective. Where applicable (in Baltimore and Chicago), we'll also have students currently in their clinical rotations.
Note: To make efficient use of any prospective students' time (and help them with their travel expenses), we will also be scheduling admissions interviews alongside these sessions. We encourage those intending to apply for a 2016 start term to take advantage of the opportunity to participate in both. These events will afford you the insight to make an informed, thoughtful decision about medical school. They will be subject to our standard admissions policies.
