Trinity's Student Government Association (SGA) created a subgroup, the Trinity Entertainment and Activities board (TEA), The Trinity Entertainment and Activities (TEA) Board was created by SGA to organize student events. The Fall Follies is only the latest under their leadership, previously organizing a term welcome party in September and a hike up La Soufrière.

The second annual Fall Follies was an opportunity for students to create medical-themed parodies of pop songs. With over 100 students and faculty in attendance, the event has grown considerably over last year.Adding to the fun and recognizing that the American students would be on the island studying through the Thanksgiving holiday, the food was Thanksgiving style with a local Vincy flair. Options included turkey, ribs, and fish with island style rice, vegetables, potatoes, and breadfruit with cake and ice cream. The event was semi-formal event, and students entered on a red-carpet. In addition to the video performances, another student group, the Trinity Recycles Board hosted an art competition that students voted on.
