Dragan Jovanovic, MD, PhD

Dr. Jovanovic is Professor of Pathology. He received his MD degree from the University of Belgrade in Yugoslavia. He earned a MS in immunology prior to completing his PhD at the University of Belgrade. Following these, he completed postgraduate training at the National Institute for Health and Medical Research (INSERM) in Paris and then became a research scientist for INSERM in Nice. His academic experience spans more than 10 years and includes appointments at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada and two Caribbean medical schools prior to joining Trinity in 2013. His research interests are immunopathology, lymphomas and leukemias, rheumatology, and medical education. He has published 70 manuscripts and abstracts.
