Stephanie Kirschmann, Ed.D.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Dr. Stephanie Kirschmann brings over 24 years of academic and operational experience in higher education to Trinity’s leadership team. Previously, Dr. Kirschmann served as Vice President at the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), where she provided leadership and counsel to over 100 member institutions. Her career also includes significant roles at LeTourneau University, such as Vice President for Quality Assurance, and at Richmont Graduate University. An esteemed leader and advocate in higher education, she is known for her expertise in academic and student support services and accreditation readiness. Dr. Kirschmann is dedicated to fostering workplace resilience and developing professionals. She holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from Vanderbilt University an an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy and a B.A. in Religious Studies from Southern Adventist University.
